For months, Haiti's capital Port-au-Prince has been trapped in a brutal cycle of gang violence. The mayor of a besieged neighborhood in the Haitian capital said hundreds of people have been killed in July alone due to ongoing gang-related violence. CNN's Matt Rivers reports.
