No clear winner has emerged from Israel’s election with all the votes counted, according to the Israeli Central Elections Committee. Both major political blocs fell short of the 61 seats needed to form a majority government in Israel’s 120-seat parliament, the Knesset, setting the country up for weeks of coalition talks or a fresh vote. CNN's Nic Roberston reports.
