Arlette Saenz joins the Inside Politics panel to share the latest CNN ratings of the battleground Senate map. The ratings, based on CNN's latest reporting, still rank North Carolina as the likeliest change, with Democrats having an advantage in their efforts to flip the Tar Heel seat. The GOP's odds of flipping New Hampshire have gone up though—the race between former GOP Sen. John Sununu and Rep. Chris Pappas has tightened and GOP groups are putting more money into the state.
