State Dept. accuses Cuba of decades-long subversion campaign

The US State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott joins CNN's Boris Sanchez for a wide-ranging discussion, including about the department's recent report accusing Cuba of a decades-long subversion campaign. In a statement, Cuba rejects the report saying it is "a mediocre propaganda pamphlet” which aims "to manufacture consensus for eventual military aggression.”
