The state's Republican majority redrew the state congressional map to dilute the Black-majority city of Memphis into three - majority Republican - districts. Jason Carroll travels to Memphis - a bastion of the Civil Rights movement - to hear from residents. Some are aggrieved...other are already fighting back.
