Is the Strait of Hormuz really closed?

Only 90 tankers have transited through the Strait of Hormuz since March 1st, according to Lloyd’s List Intelligence. CNN’s Eleni Giokos speaks with Lloyd’s List Intelligence editor in chief Richard Meade about the “Shadow Fleets” that are getting through the strait despite the channel having been effectively closed since the start of the war.
