'Bush league policing': Maine sheriff blasts ICE's tactics

Sheriff Kevin Joyce of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office reacts to ICE arresting a Portland corrections officer and leaving his car unlocked and unattended at the scene. Joyce says the officer is legally allowed to work in the U.S., calling the arrest a “show” and “bush league policing.” He says the incident makes him “absolutely” question the Department of Homeland Security and its tactics.
