Fencer Ibtihaj Muhammad shot to fame at Rio 2016 when she became the first US athlete to wear a hijab at an Olympic Games, and went on to become the first Muslim American woman to win an Olympic medal when she took bronze in the women’s saber team competition. Now she’s working with the Qatar Foundation in Doha to inspire a new generation of fencers – and also tried to teach CNN Creator Matias Grez.
