US seizes two ships linked to Venezuela

The US seized a Russian-flagged oil tanker linked to Venezuela after tracking it across the Atlantic, according to the US European Command, and the US said it also seized another Venezuela-linked vessel in the Caribbean early this morning. CNN's Natasha Bertrand reports.
