American tackled by US military servicemen in Japan

An American civilian and former Marine named Kareem El was tackled and detained by US military police in Okinawa, Japan for refusing to provide identification, despite being within his rights to do so. CNN’s Hanako Montgomery spoke to Kareem about the incident, and the surrounding concerns over unilateral US military patrols in Japan.
