The US military has conducted deadly strikes in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean on suspected drug smugglers. At least 37 people in total have been killed in the known strikes, officials have said. Legal experts and lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have questioned the legality of the strikes. CNN's David Culver traveled to Ecuador to track down a man who survived a boat strike.
