President Trump suffers another setback in his plans to build a ballroom at the White House after a federal appeals court ruled the project was unlawful. The judges wrote that each president is a "temporary tenant and not the owner of the White House." Podcaster Van Lathan agreed with the ruling, stating that the White House is the people's house and Trump is, in effect, a tenant. The NewsNight panel debates.
