Eyewitness recounts to CNN how she alerted villagers to masked men near UK air base

An eyewitness has recounted to CNN the moment she realised several masked men near the RAF airbase in Fairford may have been up to something “more unusual." The villager told CNN's Nic Robertson that she rang emergency services and decided to alert her fellow villagers to what she had observed. A "major incident" was later declared by counter terrorism police at the airbase which is also used by the US military.
