The Notting Hill Carnival, Britain’s biggest celebration of Caribbean culture, kicked off Sunday in London, marking its 60th anniversary. The carnival, second only to Rio in size, traditionally takes place on the last weekend of August in London’s diverse Notting Hill neighborhood. CNN Creator Charline Bou-Mansour reports.
