Since its creation more than 50 years ago, a Democrat has never served in that seat, but the party thinks this is their chance to flip it. "The demographics have changed, and what I hear everywhere on every corner of this district is that people are frustrated," Killin told CNN's Manu Raju. "They want real leadership.
