White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt denied that Trump was calling for lawmakers to be executed, after Democrats urged service members and intelligence officials to disobey illegal orders. Leavitt, however, also argued that members of Congress with national security backgrounds should not encourage anyone to defy orders from the administration.
