Judge in Harvard case accuses Trump administration of using antisemitism as a smokescreen

A federal judge ruled in favor of Harvard University in a landmark victory against the Trump administration. The ruling restores more than $2 billion in federal funding for research frozen by the White House. The Trump administration has said it plans to “immediately appeal” the ruling.
