Missing US student’s parents speak out for the first time

The parents of Sudiksha Konanki, a University of Pittsburgh student who went missing in the Dominican Republic while on Spring Break, are speaking out for the first time since their daughter disappeared. They are asking authorities to officially declare their daughter dead.
