Estonia’s spy chief tells CNN the Kremlin’s mindset on Ukraine is changing
Russian President Vladimir Putin is running out of time to win his war against Ukraine, amid stalemate on the battlefield and growing troubles at home, according to Estonia’s head of foreign intelligence, Kaupo Rosin. In an interview with CNN in the Estonian capital, Rosin said that within the next four to five months, Putin "may not be able to negotiate from a position of a strength anymore," because "time is not in Russia's favor."
