Minneapolis Mayor Frey after latest shooting: ‘How many more Americans need to die?’

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey speaks following another fatal shooting. A man was shot and killed by federal agents today in Minneapolis, according to the city’s police chief. The Department of Homeland Security says the man was armed, though it is not immediately clear what led up to the shooting or whether he was holding the gun when he was shot.
