                        Democratic Sen. Cory Booker lambasts what he calls Republican "cruelty" as SNAP benefits are set to expire Saturday as a result of the government shutdown. In an interview with CNN's Dana Bash, the New Jersey Senator said, "Don't tell me we, as the United States of America, have to choose between feeding families and giving families health insurance," adding, "We can do both."
