Hurricane Melissa makes landfall in Cuba

Category 3 Hurricane Melissa has made landfall in Cuba after devastating Jamaica. The storm brings with it maximum sustained winds of 120 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center, and rainfall of between 10 to 20 inches.
