Macron thanks workers for 5-year Notre Dame reconstruction
After a five-year restoration process which cost over $700 million, French President Emmanuel Macron toured Notre Dame cathedral on November 29 and gave a speech thanking the restoration workers. In total, nearly $900 million was raised through donations from 340,000 donors in 150 countries.
