Bystander rescues woman trapped in plane crash

A Texas man named Sky Decker jumped into the water to rescue a woman trapped in the wreckage of a Mexican Navy plane that crashed into Galveston Bay. The incident resulted in several fatalities, including a 2-year-old child, according to officials.
