Mike Krzyzewski has coached his last game.

Krzyzewski, college basketball's all-time winningest coach, announced in June that he would be retiring at the end of the season. And that came Saturday night at the Final Four, where his Duke Blue Devils were defeated by archrival North Carolina 81-77.

Over his 42 seasons at Duke, "Coach K" won 1,129 games and five national championships. Only one coach, UCLA's John Wooden, has won more titles in men's college basketball (10).

Krzyzewski, 75, also won three Olympic gold medals as coach of the USA men's basketball team. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2001.

Before he was a coach, Krzyzewski played at Army under another legendary coach, Bob Knight. Decades later, Krzyzewski would eventually break Knight's record for most Division I coaching wins.
