Sweepee Rambo, a Chinese crested chihuahua, also was competing for the $1,500 cash prize -- and, the glory. She's takes pride in her baby soft freckled skin and legendary blond Mohawk, <a href="index.php?page=&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sonoma-marinfair.org%2Fworlds-ugliest-dog-1%2F%3Fcontest%3Dphoto-detail%26photo_id%3D6610" target="_blank" target="_blank">according to her bio</a>.
