Aurora on the go: Seeing the Northern Lights is an unforgettable experience, but standing outside in the cold, waiting for them to appear, is less enjoyable. Off the Map Travel says it has the answer -- it's built three cabins on sleds so now intrepid travelers can enjoy the Aurora from the comfort of bed and travel to where the light show is best.

Mobile marvel: The cabins are mobile rooms dragged by guides on a snowmobile to the perfect Aurora position. Guests arrive, are shown their quarters by a guide and then left to enjoy the wilderness and Arctic beauty.

Perfect location: The cabins are located in Northern Finland, where the country borders Sweden and Norway. "It's got some stunning, open Arctic tundras, it's got some great wilderness areas," Off the Map Travel representative Mark Hayward tells CNN Travel.

All the amenities: Inside there's a large bed, cooking facilities, a table, toilet and gas heater. Upon arrival, the guide will show guests around, grill local delicacies and remain on hand via the satellite phone, in case guests need to contact them.

Thrill of the chase: Of course, spotting the Northern Lights is not guaranteed -- but Off the Map thinks you're in the best position to see them. "That's part of the thrill of the chase when it comes to the Northern Lights," says Hayward.

Book now: The mobile rooms are currently located six kilometers east of Kilpisjärvi, Finland and are available to book until mid-April 2018, before reopening in January 2019.
