Seoul's international airport, much loved for its amenities, is also a leader in passenger service. Airports Council International (ACI) just named it best airport in Asia-Pacific and best airport by size in the "over 40 million passengers per year" category.

Queen Alia International Airport (Amman, Jordan) —
With a new terminal inaugurated in 2013, Amman's international airport offers the best service in the Middle East, according to ACI. Other regional winners include: SSR International Airport, Mauritius; Keflavik International Airport, Iceland; Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport, Ecuador; and Indianapolis International Airport, Indiana, in the U.S.

Indira Gandhi International Airport (New Delhi, India) —
In the category of airports that serve 25-40 million passengers per year, New Delhi's international airport received the highest marks from surveyed passengers.

San Antonio International Airport (San Antonio, Texas) —
San Antonio's gateway was voted North America's most improved airport in 2014 by ACI. Other regional airports awarded in that category are: SSR International Airport, Mauritius; Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata, India; Pulkovo International Airport, St. Petersburg, Russia; Las Américas International Airport, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; and Queen Alia International Airport, Amman, Jordan.

Victoria International Airport —
Serving fewer than 2 million passengers a year, Victoria International Airport is North America's top small airport, according to ACI. Other top regional small airports include: Culiacan International Airport, Mexico; Murcia-San Javier Airport, Spain; Langkawi International Airport, Malaysia; and Upington Airport, South Africa.
