Envoy Air —
Founded as American Eagle Airlines, Envoy Air ranked No. 12 overall. The carrier had the worst record for baggage handling and involuntary denied boardings.
Frontier Airlines —
Frontier was No. 11 in the 2015 Airline Quality Rating lineup.

American Airlines —
American Airlines came in at No. 10 in the overall rankings.

ExpressJet —
ExpressJet ranked No. 9 among the 13 airlines rated in the Airline Quality Rating.

United Airlines —
United came in at No.8 in the rating report.

SkyWest Airlines —
SkyWest ranked seventh.

Southwest Airlines —
Southwest ranked No. 6 overall.

Alaska Airlines —
Fifth-ranked Alaska Airlines had the lowest rate of complaints (0.5 per 100,000 passengers).

Hawaiian Airlines —
Fourth-ranked overall, Hawaiian Airlines ranked No. 1 in the on-time performance category, coming in on-time 88.4% of the time in 2015.

Delta Air Lines —
Delta ranked No. 3 in the Airline Quality Rating.

JetBlue —
Ranked No. 2 overall, JetBlue had the best performance in 2015 in the involuntary denied boardings category.

Virgin America —
Ranked first overall for four years running, Virgin America had the best record for baggage handling in 2015.
