Election Day is Tuesday in the United States, but millions of votes have already been cast.

The balance of power is at stake in Congress. For Democrats to take control of the Senate, they will need to pick up four Republican-held seats while defending three of their own. For Democrats to regain the House majority, they need to gain three seats.
