Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, faced questions from undecided and persuadable voters and made a final pitch to them Wednesday night during a CNN town hall in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Less than two weeks away from the election, Harris has been ratcheting up her attacks on her opponent, former President Donald Trump. At the town hall, she argued that Trump is “unstable” and “unfit to serve.” She also addressed a range of issues, including immigration, abortion access and the Middle East, as she tried to draw a contrast to Trump.

The town hall took place on the day that CNN had proposed a second debate between Harris and Trump. Harris accepted the invite but Trump turned it down. Trump attended a rally in Duluth, Georgia, on Wednesday night.

A bomb launched from an Israeli jet barrels toward a building in Beirut on Tuesday, October 22. Two multistory buildings in the Ghobeiry neighborhood <a href="index.php?page=&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnn.com%2Fworld%2Flive-news%2Fisrael-iran-lebanon-gaza-war-10-22-24-intl-hnk%23cm2kmnnh600003b6oskv4evso">were flattened in a missile strike Tuesday</a>, according to CNN analysis of video captured at the scene. Just 30 minutes before, the Israel Defense Forces’ Arabic spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation order for the buildings on social media, saying they were located “near facilities and interests belonging to Hezbollah.” Associated Press photographer <a href="index.php?page=&url=https%3A%2F%2Fapnews.com%2Farticle%2Flebanon-beirut-israel-missile-41be424dcf3031457bd93acd0cb3389e" target="_blank">Bilal Hussein</a>, who took this photo, said he “heard the sound of the missile whistling, headed toward the building.”
