Katrina Markoff —
Katrina Markoff , founder of Vosges Haut-Chocolat, creates "indulgent and sensual" chocolate filled with exotic and unusual flavors.

Vosges Haut-Chocolat —
From small beginnings, Vosges chocolate now sells in 2,000 outlets globally. It's manufactured in a certified organic facility that operates on renewable energy, and its packaging is made from recycled materials.

Ferran Adrià —
After studying gastronomy in Paris, Markoff apprenticed with renowned chef Ferran Adrià, whose molecular gastronomy made his restaurant El Bulli world famous. It was Adrià who advised Markoff to travel after completing her diploma at Le Cordon Bleu, rather than pursue work in Paris restaurants.

Inspiration —
Among the first chocolates Markoff made was a coconut and curry truffle inspired by the Naga tribes of India.
