'Man's best friend for a reason': This therapy is helping first responders deal with chronic stress

Firefighters and other first responders are finding relief from chronic stress, thanks to CNN Hero Heidi Carman and First Responder Therapy Dogs. Since 2021, her nonprofit has certified more than 480 therapy dog teams and provided relief to more than 150,000 first responders nationwide.
