Inspired by a study by the U.N. that found a third of all food is wasted worldwide, Austrian artist Klaus Pichler created a remarkable set of images using rotting food products from around the globe. <br /><br />In each picture, Pichler provides figures (aquired with the assitance of Austrian NGO Global2000) for transport distance and carbon footprint, all in relation to his home city of Vienna.
