Mexican mission —
Golf star Paula Creamer visits Guadalajara every year for the LPGA Tour's Lorena Ochoa Invitational tournament, and works with local kids there.

Paying it back —
Seen here at the Guadalajara Country Club in 2010, Creamer has earned almost $9 million since turning professional -- and she invests some of that in scholarships for young players.

Role model —
Creamer poses for a photo with one of her biggest fans, 11-year-old Ana Claudia Rodriguez.

The Pink Panther —
The 2010 U.S. Open champion has sent Ana an array of golf equipment, including her Pink Panther head cover.

Pen friends —
Creamer also wrote a letter to Ana's older brother Santiago, encouraging them to achieve their dreams.

Halloween hero —
Julie Steinbauer is another child who has been inspired by Creamer. Such is her infatuation with the world No. 6, she dressed as Creamer for Halloween.

Grand designs —
Joe McKenney, third from the left, has also benefited from Creamer's generosity -- she paid for his scholarship at the renowned Leadbetter Golf Academy. McKenney hopes to become a golf course architect.
