It’s time to say “arrivederci” to the Winter Olympics, which have provided us with so many inspiring moments this month in Italy.

The closing ceremony took place Sunday at the Verona Arena in the city of Verona. The venue is a World Heritage site that dates to the year 30 AD.

At the end of the show, the baton was passed to France, which will host the next Winter Games in 2030.
