Britain's second-biggest city has a big garbage problem. Here's what CNN found

Birmingham, best known as a hub of Britain’s industrial revolution and the setting of the BBC series ‘Peaky Blinders’ has struggled financially in recent years, and now mountains of garbage bags are piling up along the streets as garbage collectors are on strike over a dispute with the city council over pay. Reports say the city is suffering from an increase in rat infestations as a result, CNN's Anna Cooban went to see what's going on in Britain’s second-biggest city.
