













Patrick Sung Cuadrado is the International Editor of CNN Sports, where he leads coverage of global sports and events like soccer, tennis and the Olympic Games from the London bureau.
Patrick joined CNN as an intern in 2008 in the Madrid bureau before moving to London to help with CNN’s daily World Sport show with coverage of the 2010 World Cup as a producer. After stints at AP/SNTV, Chelsea FC TV and what was then known as BT Sport (now TNT Sports) as both a field and studio producer, he returned to CNN to develop and lead the Sports department’s video as a video editor and photojournalist before moving onto a more overarching role assisting the supervising producer. Prior to becoming International Editor, Patrick filmed, produced and edited award-winning video and written content for the two-time SJA Digital Sport Publisher of the Year winning department.
Patrick graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and did a Master’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was born in Madrid, Spain.
