Isabelle D’Antonio is a breaking news editor for CNN Politics.

Before joining CNN, D’Antonio worked at The Los Angeles Times as an editor on the News Copy Desk.

She previously served as a digital producer and planning editor at The Courier Journal in Louisville, Kentucky, where she helped coordinate large projects, including the Pulitzer Prize-winning series on the outgoing governor’s controversial pardons.

She started her career as a web producer at The Orlando Sentinel while attending the University of Central Florida, where she studied journalism, political science and history.
