
Dork has over 20 years experience in product management, growth marketing and strategy helping both established companies and start-ups grow their digital revenue and subscription businesses.
Prior to joining CNN, Dork worked as a coach and consultant for the Meta Journalism Program. He coached over 20 publishers worldwide to grow their digital audiences and build sustainable subscription businesses.
Prior to Meta, Dork spent seven years at the New York Times in senior product roles growing the Times’ digital subscription business. He was responsible for overhauling the Times digital product portfolio (including evolving their paywall strategy), building the Times’ subscription capabilities and leading the customer engagement and retention team.
Dork has also led product, growth marketing and business development teams at a variety of digital media and technology companies in California and New York, including theSkimm, Fandango, Kodak Gallery and IconApps.
He received a BA from Harvard and a MBA and JD from U.C. Berkeley, and started his career as an attorney in Silicon Valley. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
