Caitlin Hagan is the Vice President of Strategic Operations and Chief of Staff for the Digital Products & Services organization.

She and her team are responsible for translating business strategy into measurable execution, working in partnership with multiple teams and leaders around the world. Before her current role, Hagan led various initiatives across CNN’s digital organization, including leading Operations for the launch of CNN+.

Hagan began her CNN career as a journalist, spending nearly ten years producing television and digital content, most notably with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and CNN’s Health, Medical, and Wellness unit. She covered breaking news, oversaw her unit’s morning programming slate, and developed multi-platform tentpole sponsorships. Later she moved into a production operations role, overseeing a large team of video editor/producers across two bureaus and managing post production.

Hagan graduated from Washington & Lee University in Virginia.
