Andy Buck is CNN’s Cross Platform Video Producer based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He joined CNN in 2016 as a Photojournalist before taking on his producer role.

Buck brings a mix of high-end production and editorial expertise to the network’s storytelling. He has covered a wide range of major news events, from natural disasters and politics, and works on many of CNN’s long-form documentary series.

In the Cross-Platform Video Producer role, Buck oversees the full storytelling process—producing, filming, writing, editing, flying drones, and coordinating coverage for television, digital, and social.

Buck is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver.
