Mikaela shared that after her dad’s death in 2020, she wasn’t sure she would ever ski again. But now she says she “couldn’t imagine” her life if she hadn’t returned to skiing, and she feels closer to her dad when she’s skiing. Is there something you did with a loved one you lost that you continue to do now? How did it feel the first time you did it after your loss? Feel free to share that, or anything else, in the comments.

Welcome! Wherever you are in the world and in your grief, I am glad you are here. I hope this is a place where you find worthwhile connection and conversation around grief. I know how lonely grief can feel, but talking about it and hearing the experiences of others does help. It has certainly helped me. I hope you will join me for new episodes of my podcast All There Is, and for my new streaming show All There Is Live.
