David Vigilante is Executive Vice President and Head of Legal for CNN, TNT Sports and
Warner Bros. Discovery’s domestic linear networks. Vigilante’s responsibilities include serving as chief
counsel for CNN’s worldwide operations, oversight of the legal teams that support all U.S.
based sports brands and programming owned and operated by Warner Bros. Discovery,
and oversight of the legal teams that support WBD’s U.S. based linear television
networks. He is a 1993 graduate of Emory Law School and is based in Atlanta
