Live Updates April 3, 2025 - Tornadoes devastate central US

A wide-reaching storm spawned several intense and violent tornadoes Wednesday and threatens near-nonstop rainfall Thursday that could trigger once-in-a-lifetime flooding.

Homes and structures were completely damaged after a confirmed tornado touchdown near Potosi, Missouri, on Wednesday, according to state troopers. They added that everyone was accounted for with minor injuries and no fatalities.
