London CNN  —

Stop what you’re doing: Harry and Meghan are trying to decide whom to follow on Instagram, and they need your help.

But before you ask – no, you probably can’t throw your own name into the mix.

The royal couple follow a different set of charities and causes each month to highlight the work they do.

And for August, they’ve asked their followers to submit suggestions about which groups to feature.

“For the month of August we look to you for help. We want to know who YOUR Force for Change is,” Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex wrote in a message on their official Instagram account.

“Over the next few days please add your suggestions into the comments section: someone you look up to, the organisation doing amazing work that we should all be following, an account that inspires you to be and do better (or that simply makes you feel good), or the handle that brims with optimism for a brighter tomorrow.”

The message said that 15 accounts will be chosen on Monday August 5, and will be followed for the rest of the month.

The pair started the monthly initiative in May, when they carried out a cull of the accounts they were previously following and replaced them with 15 charities dedicated to tackle mental health.

Last month, they turned their attention to the environment, following 15 accounts working to fight climate change.

“Environmental damage has been treated as a necessary by-product of economic growth. So deeply ingrained is this thinking that it has been considered part of the natural order that humankind’s development comes at the expense of our planet,” Harry, the Duke of Sussex, said in a post highlighting the projects.

The new search coincides with the September issue of British Vogue, which came out on Friday and was guest-edited by Meghan.

Also called “Forces for Change,” its cover features a number of prominent women whom Meghan said she was “inspired” by.
