Decades-old personal writings from the self-proclaimed BTK serial killer, Dennis Rader, have led local Oklahoma law enforcement to believe the prolific killer is the "prime suspect" in a missing persons case from 1976. Law enforcement shared those journal entries and drawings with CNN's Jean Casarez.
