CNN  —

Renato Paratore knows his way around a golf course – and, boy, does he do it quickly.

Known for being the fastest player on the European Tour, the Italian doesn’t hang around when taking his shots.

During the GolfSixes tournament in May last year, fellow Italian Matteo Manassero had barely made it off the tee before Paratore ripped his drive down the fairway, causing quite the stir on social media.

“It’s the way I’ve always played, I just like to play fast and keep the game continuous and with not too many breaks,” he told Sky Sports.

To really put his pace to the test, CNN Living Golf host Shane O’Donoghue played one hole of speed golf with Paratore to see who came out on top.
