Sweden, say hello to Prince Oscar.

King Carl XVI Gustaf announced the name of his new grandson – Prince Oscar Carl Olof – during a Cabinet meeting Thursday, the Scandinavian nation’s royal household said.

And even at just a few hours old, he already had a special title: the duke of Skane, an area in the southernmost part of Sweden.

Oscar was born to Crown Princess Victoria, the eldest child and heir apparent to Sweden’s King, at 8:28 p.m. (2:28 p.m. ET) Wednesday, the royals announced in a news release. The new royal measured up at 52 centimeters (20.5 inches) long and weighed 3,655 grams (8.1 pounds) upon arrival.

He joins his 4-year-old sister, Princess Estelle, and father, Prince Daniel, who married Crown Princess Victoria in 2010 and was present at the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm throughout the birth, according to the royals.

Victoria and Oscar are reported to be in good health.
