Journalists call for more transparency from ICE

After federal agents fatally shot two fathers who weren't formal targets of ICE investigations, the editorial boards of two major newspapers are demanding Congress step in. Journalists Siobhán Brett from the Portland Press Herald and Evan Mintz from the Houston Chronicle told CNN's Fredricka Whitfield that a wall of secrecy surrounding the killings has turned these tragic local shootings into a national crisis and it's time for Congress to hold the agency accountable.
